西卡 Sikafloor Curehard 24 英泥加硬劑

Sikafloor® CureHard-24 是一種高固含量、單組分、透明的矽酸鈉基液體，用於養護、硬化和密封新鮮或硬化的混凝土。

 

主要應用
  • 水平的新舊混凝土表面，需要具有輕度至中度耐磨性的堅硬表面，例如倉庫、工業廠房、商店、購物中心、停車場、加油站、機庫等
  • 對於沒有特定養護效率或標準的混凝土板
  • 室內或室外應用
  • 預製混凝土構件的防塵處理
  • 適用於防止液體滲入
  • 適用於物理強度測試

  • 即用型，易於塗抹
  • 與未經處理的混凝土相比，提高了耐化學性和耐磨性
  • 減少混凝土樓板的粉塵
  • 略微減少新澆築混凝土在凝固過程中的水分流失
  • 提高清潔度，不泛黃
  • 良好的滲透性
  • 無溶劑，無色無味

 

技術參數

如果需要塗刷兩遍，為確保達到最佳密實度，第二遍可在第一遍塗刷後 2-4 小時進行。塗刷下一遍之前，務必確保前一遍塗層表面不黏手。

+20°C    約2小時

+25°C    約1.5小時

乾燥時間在+20℃下放置2小時後，表面即可觸乾。在+20℃下放置約7天后，密封和硬化效果達到最佳。
