One-component neutral curing silicone weather-resistant sealant

Major Applications
DOWSIL™ 795 Structural Assembly Silicone Sealant is a one-component silicone sealant specifically designed for glass assembly and curtain wall production on-site or in factories. It requires contact with air and cures by reacting with atmospheric moisture to form a tough yet resilient silicone rubber. DOWSIL™ 795 Structural Assembly Sealant can be used in applications requiring both structural integrity and waterproofing/weather resistance. It offers a high displacement capacity of ±50% in well-designed weather-resistant joints.

Advantages
Meets ASTM C1184 standard for structural silicone sealants. Meets ASTM C719 Grade 50 standard: High displacement capacity (±50%) in well-designed weather-resistant joints. Excellent adhesion to a wide range of building materials, including glass, anodized, and sprayed aluminum. Non-corrosive curing system. Easy to use: Extrudable and easy to apply over a wide temperature range. Cureable product exhibits excellent weather resistance, as well as excellent resistance to UV radiation, heat, and moisture. High ultimate tensile strength makes it ideal for structural bonding applications. Excellent physical properties.
