Water Based Epoxy Bonding Bridge

Major Applications

• As a new to old concrete bonding bridge to substantially improve the bonding characteristics.
• As an admixture to cement to produce variable strength repair mortars and waterproofing grouting material.
• As a concrete curing membrane to contain the water and as an aid to the curing of and sealing of concrete.

• Has excellent adhesion to most substrates including brick, masonry, concrete block, concrete, compressed fibreboard, stone and timber.

Technical Data

Agent A: Agent B = 50:50 volume ratio. Apply the mixed ARDEX WPM256 to specimens prepared according to different test methods, following the application specifications. After curing, conduct tests for different parameters.

Cure conditions: 25±3℃, RH 65±10%

Adhesion strength (14 days air curing): > 17 kg/cm²

Water absorption (14 days air curing, 24 hours immersion): < 0.17%

Water permeability (14 days air curing, 1 kg/cm² water pressure, 1 hour): < 0.37%

Consumption by Experience

Use a brush, roller, or sprayer to apply the film to the desired area. The required amount is approximately 1 liter per 7m².
