YHFoam-140 polyurethane foam sealant is primarily used for filling and sealing cracks and holes, such as pipe and air conditioning vents. It is also suitable for model making, landscaping, and packaging fragile items. This foam is lightweight, easy to apply, and possesses excellent shock and pressure resistance. Designed using pre-foaming technology, it contains no harmful substances such as Freon and formaldehyde. It cures quickly, has good elasticity, strong adhesion, high extrusion resistance, and maintains flexibility even at low temperatures.

Major Applications

• It is mainly suitable for the installation, fixing and sealing of high-grade wooden doors and windows, aluminum-plastic doors and windows, aluminum alloy window frames and various pipes.

Technical Data

Normal application temperature: +5°C ~ +35°C (optimal operating temperature: +15°C ~ +25°C); Cured foam temperature range: -30°C ~ +80°C; The product is harmless to humans after curing; The surface is non-sticky approximately 10 minutes after spraying, and can be cut after 40–60 minutes (measured at 25°C and 50% relative humidity); The foam can adhere to most material surfaces, but not to Teflon or silicone surfaces.
