Description

SikaTop®-540 Seal
SikaTop®-540 Seal is a two-component premix system. The two parts mix to form a smooth, brushable paste with excellent adhesion to most substrates.

Major Applications
Waterproof coating applied to the interior of water tanks, sumps, storage tanks, planter boxes, etc., suitable for paving tiles or other surface decoration. Laminate terrace, balcony, kitchen and toilet floors to prevent water penetration. Apply to the surface of bridges and elevated roads to prevent rainwater from penetrating into the concrete.

Advantages
Water vapour permeable – allows the surface to breathe, preventing the build-up of moisture inside the structure and reducing maintenance. Flexible - Able to withstand moderate movement of minor cracks. Can bridge cracks up to 0.3mm wide, reducing maintenance requirements. Weather resistant - suitable for use in exposed environments. Non-toxic - Can be applied to surfaces in contact with drinking water.
