Sikafloor Curehard 24

Sikafloor® CureHard-24 is a high-solids, single-component, transparent sodium silicate-based liquid used for curing, hardening, and sealing fresh or hardened concrete.

Major Applications

• For level, new and old concrete surfaces requiring a hard surface with light to moderate abrasion resistance, such as warehouses, industrial plants, shops, shopping malls, parking lots, gas stations, hangars, etc.
• For concrete slabs without specific curing efficiency or standards
• Indoor or outdoor applications
• Dustproofing of precast concrete components
• Suitable for preventing liquid penetration
• Suitable for physical strength testing

Technical Data

If two coats are required, the second coat should be applied 2-4 hours after the first coat to ensure optimal adhesion. Before applying the next coat, ensure the surface of the previous coat is not tacky.

+20°C: Approx. 2 hours

+25°C: Approx. 1.5 hours

Drying time: The surface will be touch dry after 2 hours at +20°C. Optimal sealing and hardening effects are achieved after approximately 7 days at +20°C.
