SikaFix 101 PU
SikaFix-101 is a one-component polyurethane resin potting material that reacts and expands rapidly upon contact with water, forming a flexible closed-cell foam sealant that effectively prevents moisture penetration. The product is solvent-free, non-flammable, and non-toxic after curing. It can be used in saline environments and is suitable for leak repair projects in various underground structures.

Technical Data
The simplest way to use SikaFix®-101 is to utilize the moisture in cracks or crevices to trigger a reaction. The following data represents approximate results after mixing with water. Water: SikaFix®-101 / Foaming Time at +25°C / Expansion Ratio (Anti-expansion Foam Volume × Original Volume) 1:1 / 95 seconds / 3 times 1:4 / 120 seconds / 7 times Note: As with all chemical reactions, the reaction rate depends on temperature; for every 5°C decrease in temperature, the foaming time increases by approximately 10%.
