Description

                                 MasterSeal 540/ Sika Top 540 Seal

SikaTop540 Sealis a two-part system, consisting of a liquid polymer as Part A and a premixed powder as Part B. Mixing the two parts yields a smooth slurry that bonds to most substrates. SikaTop540 Seal provides toughness and tensile strength through integral fibre reinforcement.


Main Applications
  • Treating terraces, balconies, kitchen and toilet floors as a sandwich treatment to prevent water ingress.
  • Waterproof coatings to the internal surfaces of water tanks, sumps, reservoirs, planter boxes etc.
  • Treating bridge & flyover decks before wearing course to protect concrete from rainwater ingress.

Advantages
  • Excellent strength on a variety of substrates concrete, wallboard, cement sheeting, masonry, plywood and particleboard.
  • High vapour permeability – Allows surface to breath, preventing buildup of moisture in structure, reducing maintenance.
  • Flexible – Bridges cracks up to 1mm in width, reducing maintenance.
  • Non-toxic – Suitable for application on surfaces in contact with drinking water.
