Mapei Triblock P

Triblock P is a three-component, epoxy-cementitious primer for damp substrates.

Major Applications

• Old ceramic or granite floors on substrates with excessive residual moisture;
• Highly dense cementitious substrates with residual moisture contents above the recommended values ​​for wooden, resilient and resin flooring;
• Treat damp concrete surfaces before applying protective and corrosion-resistant epoxy products or vapor-resistant polyurethane coating systems;
• Treat concrete gutters, drains and pipes;

Advantages

• Ability to form a mesh structure on wet surfaces (even very smooth surfaces such as ceramic tiles, porcelain tiles, marble, etc.) and forms a compact layer, suitable for laying wooden floors, PVC, linoleum floors, ceramics, epoxy and polyurethane coatings and cementitious levelling layers.
• The product can be used directly, diluted with water as required, or by adding 0.25 silica sand or 0.5 silica sand to obtain a levelling mortar for use on floor materials requiring high mechanical strength.
