Description

Mapei Planitop HB25

Repair of deteriorated vertical or horizontal concrete surfaces with mortar possessing medium mechanical performance characteristics.

 

Major Applications
  •  Repair of deteriorated concrete surfaces and soffitsof beams, damaged by rusted reinforcing bars.
  •  Fast repairs to vertical, horizontal, overheadconcrete or mortar surfaces.
  •  Reconstruction of concrete coverings of reinforcingbars on large areas.
  •  Repair of surface irregularities including exposedaggregate, joints between new and old concrete,holes in formwork concrete, protruding steel, etc.

Advantages
  • Excellent flexural and compressive strength
  • Adequate Elasticity, thermal expansion and permeability similar to that of medium quality concrete
  • Excellent adhesion to existing concrete surfaces provided they are saturated with water and reinforcing bars are first treated with Mapefer.
  • The mortar for simple construction will not sag even with a certain thickness
