Mapegrout 430 zero
MAPEGROUT 430 ZERO is a fine-grained, fibre-reinforced, normally curing, thixotropic mortar for the repair of concrete. It can also be applied using a continuous supply plastering machine.

Major Applications
Repair corners of columns, beams and balcony fronts. Reconstruction of the covering of steel bars on reinforced concrete structures. Smooths out surface imperfections such as honeycombs, construction joints and spaced holes. Fills rigid seams. Rapid repair of precast concrete components damaged during handling.

Advantages
Moderate mechanical strength; Modulus of elasticity, coefficient of thermal expansion and water vapour permeability similar to those of medium quality concrete; Waterproof; Excellent adhesion to old concrete wetted with water and also good adhesion to steel reinforcement, especially if previously treated with Mapefer or Mapefer 1K Zero.
