A fast-curing blend of adhesives and sealants with high initial tack and high modulus of elasticity, also suitable for damp substrates.

Technical Data

Application and Curing Parameters (Ambient Temperature +23°C, Relative Humidity 50%)

Appearance: Thixotropic paste, highly viscous and non-slip when applied to vertical surfaces.

Density: 1.45 g/cm³.

Surface Drying Time (No-Tack Time): Approximately 20 minutes.

Curing Speed: 3 mm/24 hours (up to 4 mm in 48 hours).

Application Temperature Range: +5°C to +35°C.

Physical and Mechanical Properties After Curing (After 28 Days of Curing)

Shore A Hardness: 40 ~ 45 (DIN 53505, slightly harder than MS45, more resistant to abrasion and mechanical impact).

Elongation at Break: 400% (ISO 37).

Tensile Strength: 2.30 N/mm² (MPa) (Provides stronger structural adhesion). 100% Elongation Modulus: 0.90 N/mm² (High Modulus Design).

Elastic Recovery: > 80%.

Operating Displacement Capacity: 20% (Can withstand deformation of ±20% of joint width; for displacements exceeding this, a low-modulus sealant is recommended).

Temperature Range: -40°C to +90°C.
