One-component thixotropic, fast-drying silicate polymer-based blended sealant, also suitable as a high-modulus adhesive.

Advantages

• A single product can simultaneously meet the requirements for high-strength, elastic adhesion and sealing.
• It exhibits excellent adhesion to most common building materials, including cement, brick, steel, aluminum, copper, glass, wood, and various plastics, without the need for a primer.
• It possesses a high initial "suction cup" effect, making it ideal for securing materials on vertical surfaces and ceilings, preventing slippage.
• It does not blister or bubble even when applied to particularly humid environments or substrates, demonstrating excellent water resistance.
• It offers excellent UV resistance and aging resistance, and cures quickly.

Application and Curing Parameters (Ambient Temperature +23°C, Relative Humidity 50%)

Appearance: Thixotropic paste, does not drip when applied to vertical surfaces.

Density: 1.35 ~ 1.45 g/cm³.

Surface Drying Time: Approximately 30 ~ 35 minutes.

Curing Speed: 3.5 mm / 24 hours (4.5 mm in 48 hours, 8.5 mm in 7 days).

Application Temperature Range: +5°C to +35°C.

Adjustable Time: Fine-tuning is possible within 20 minutes after bonding.

Physical and Mechanical Properties After Curing (after 28 days)

Shore A Hardness: 36 ~ 43 (DIN 53505).

Elongation at Break: 500% (ISO 37 type 3).

Tensile Strength: 1.85 N/mm² (MPa). 100% Elongation Modulus: 0.66 ~ 0.85 N/mm².

Elastic Recovery: 90%.

Operating Displacement Capacity: 20% (withstands deformation of ±20% of joint width).

Temperature Range: -40°C to +90°C.
