Nitoflor Lithurin is a white soluble crystalline powder based on fluorosilicate and a wetting agent. When Nitoflor Lithurin is mixed with water and applied to the ground, the solution penetrates the concrete, reacts with the lime and other soluble particles, forming hard granite crystals, leaving a permanent hard-wearing and dust-free surface.

Major Applications
As a surface hardener for new and old concrete floors, it prevents dust generation and enhances durability. Suitable for use on concrete and quartz surfaces. Typical applications include industrial floors, light engineering, warehouses, animal feed and dairies, slaughterhouses, car parks, dams, reservoirs, storage tanks, silos and flues. As a surface hardener for precast products.

Technical Data
Penetration: The specially selected wetting agents in Nitoflor Lithurin improve the penetration depth, resulting in a better durability of the surface treatment than other treatments that only form a surface skin. Hardness: Surface hardness is achieved through chemical reactions within the cement material. This provides in-depth protection against heavy traffic and other forms of wear and tear. Dust Resistant: Chemically eliminates free lime and other soluble particles, creating a tightly bonded surface that resists dust formation. Chemical Resistance: The inert crystalline compound formed by the application of Nitoflor Lithurin reduces the water absorption of the surface and improves resistance to solvents, oils and common chemicals.

Consumption by Experience
One coat covers approximately 360 m². Double coating can cover approximately 240m². The degree of permeability will affect the actual coverage.
