Davco TTB II Large Tile Adhesive

Davco TTBⅡ large brick tile adhesive is made from selected high-quality natural inorganic mineral raw materials and is suitable for indoor and outdoor tile paving. This product is easy to install, easy to adjust and press, and thin pasting effectively saves space loss.

 

Major Applications
  • Can be directly applied to concrete, cement plastering, concrete slabs, plastered brick surfaces and cement-based waterproof coatings;
  • Suitable for indoor wall pasting of decorative tiles with water absorption rate>0.5% and size<300x600mm;
  • When used with Degao Tile Adhesive Partner (DL), tiles can be laid on substrates with slight vibrations.

Technical Data

This product can be used by adding water according to the reference ratio. It is forbidden to add other materials!

The construction temperature is 5-35°C;

Pour the powder into clean water and stir into a paste. Note that water should be added first and then the powder. Use an electric mixer when stirring. The mixing ratio is powder: clean water = 20kg: 4.6-5.4L.

Mix the gouache thoroughly until there are no lumps of raw flour. After mixing, let it sit for about ten minutes and then stir it slightly before use to increase the adhesion.

 

Consumption by Experience

The theoretical dosage of DAVCO TTBI large tile adhesive: about 1.5kg per square meter of 1mm thickness, depending on the flatness of the base surface and the size of the tile
