ARDEX SCORETECH WP800
ARDEX SCORETECH WP800 is a two-component quick-setting cement-based waterproof coating material. It can solidify quickly within a short time after construction, and other finishing materials can be constructed on its surface. In addition to being mixed into a waterproof slurry at a one-to-one ratio for application, WP800 can also be mixed into a plastic state by reducing the liquid-to-material ratio to fill gaps, holes, and cracks for seepage prevention and leak repair. This product also comes with special construction tools, including: anti-fouling gloves, short-hair roller, and reinforced fiber tape (for edges, corners, and visible corners). The stirred WP800 should be applied within 1 hour. Avoid storing it for too long after stirring. After the material thickens, it can be partially restored to workability by re-stirring. It is not recommended to add water, otherwise it will affect the waterproof effect and prolong the solidification time. When constructing in a relatively closed and unventilated space (such as a toilet, shower room, small kitchen, etc.), you should open all windows, turn on exhaust fans, etc. to maintain air circulation and reduce ambient humidity to ensure that the quick-setting effect of WP800 can be maximized.
